STUDENT UNION<\/span><\/h2>\n

Association Law 1901, the AEI (Association of <\/strong><\/span><\/span>Student<\/span> Engineers<\/span><\/strong><\/span>)<\/strong><\/span> has the mission to support, <\/span>animate<\/span> and <\/span>develop<\/span> student<\/span> life <\/span>within<\/span> the ECAM <\/span>LaSalle<\/span> Lyon campus. The AEI team links administration to <\/span>students<\/span>; supports clubs in <\/span>their<\/span> activities<\/span>, and <\/span>organizes<\/span> the festive <\/span>events<\/span> that<\/span> unite<\/span> students<\/span>. A central point of associative life, the AEI <\/span>strengthens<\/span> the <\/span>cohesion<\/span> of clubs and <\/span>provides<\/span> them<\/span> with<\/span> valuable<\/span> support to <\/span>develop<\/span> their<\/span> projects<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  • The IEL Club carries values \u200b\u200bof <\/span>Inclusiveness<\/span>, Social Action, <\/span>Listening<\/span> and Learning, Respect and Non-Violence. It <\/span>acts<\/span> at the <\/span>heart<\/span> of the ECAM La Salle campus to <\/span>offer<\/span> students<\/span> prevention<\/span> actions, workshops, exhibitions and <\/span>debates<\/span> to <\/span>fight<\/span> against<\/span> sexist<\/span> and <\/span>sexual<\/span> violence.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • EcoECAM<\/span> is<\/span> a club <\/span>which<\/span> aims<\/span> to encourage <\/span>students<\/span> to <\/span>adopt<\/span> an <\/span>eco-citizen<\/span> approach<\/span> within<\/span> the campus but <\/span>also<\/span> in <\/span>their<\/span> daily<\/span> life. It <\/span>is<\/span> a club open to all and for all, <\/span>since<\/span> in <\/span>terms<\/span> of <\/span>ecology<\/span> and <\/span>sustainable<\/span> development<\/span>, all forces, <\/span>even<\/span> small<\/span> steps<\/span>, are good to <\/span>take<\/span>!       • The ECAM <\/span>Humanitarian<\/span> club <\/span>is<\/span> mobilizing<\/span> to help people in <\/span>need<\/span>. This club <\/span>aims<\/span> to <\/span>undertake<\/span> and <\/span>participate<\/span> in <\/span>humanitarian<\/span> actions in <\/span>which<\/span> ECAM <\/span>students<\/span> can<\/span> take<\/span> part. <\/span>These<\/span> actions are multiple, <\/span>varied<\/span> and accessible to all. The ECAM <\/span>Humanitarian<\/span> club <\/span>is<\/span> based<\/span> on the four <\/span>principles<\/span> of <\/span>humanitarianism<\/span>:\u202f<\/span><\/span>humanity<\/span><\/span>,\u202f<\/span><\/span>neutrality<\/span><\/span>,\u202f<\/span><\/span>independence<\/span><\/span>\u202fand\u202f<\/span><\/span>impartiality<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

The objective of <\/span>this<\/span> club <\/span>is<\/span> to <\/span>offer<\/span> all <\/span>students<\/span> a spiritual contribution.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

          • The BDA or Bureau des Arts, <\/span>is<\/span> the association <\/span>that<\/span> manages cultural and <\/span>artistic<\/span> activities<\/span>. It <\/span>was<\/span> created<\/span> 2 <\/span>years<\/span> ago<\/span> and <\/span>it<\/span> is<\/span> now<\/span> the one <\/span>who<\/span> organises the Terrasse ECAM Festival, <\/span>which<\/span> takes<\/span> place <\/span>every<\/span> June<\/span> on the <\/span>heights<\/span> of the ECAM <\/span>LaSalle<\/span> campus. The BDA <\/span>is<\/span> also<\/span> at the <\/span>origin<\/span> of <\/span>many<\/span> projects<\/span> such<\/span> as Mardis Electro or <\/span>theater<\/span> classes for <\/span>Ecamiens<\/span> and <\/span>Ecamiennes<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              • The ECAM gaming club <\/span>was<\/span> created<\/span> with<\/span> the <\/span>aim<\/span> of <\/span>bringing<\/span> students<\/span> together<\/span> around<\/span> a <\/span>common<\/span> passion:<\/span> video<\/span> games<\/span>. <\/span>With<\/span> this<\/span> in <\/span>mind<\/span>, <\/span>it<\/span> is<\/span> aimed<\/span> both<\/span> at <\/span>those<\/span> who<\/span> want<\/span> to <\/span>spend<\/span> a <\/span>relaxing<\/span> evening<\/span>, and more <\/span>experienced<\/span> players<\/span>, <\/span>with<\/span> the <\/span>opportunity<\/span> to <\/span>participate<\/span> in <\/span>several<\/span> university<\/span> leagues<\/span>.                 • The <\/span>Board<\/span> Games<\/span> Club <\/span>is<\/span> a club <\/span>whose<\/span> objective <\/span>is<\/span> fun. <\/span>Join<\/span> other<\/span> ECAM <\/span>students<\/span> for <\/span>some<\/span> down time, and <\/span>clear<\/span> your<\/span> mind<\/span> while<\/span> playing<\/span> baord<\/span> games<\/span>. No <\/span>taboos<\/span>, <\/span>it\u2019s<\/span> a club open to <\/span>everyone<\/span>! <\/span>Games<\/span> afternoons<\/span> are <\/span>organized<\/span> as <\/span>often<\/span> as possible <\/span>during<\/span> the <\/span>week<\/span>.                                                       • The ECAM Lyon <\/span>aeronautical<\/span> club <\/span>is<\/span> an association of <\/span>students<\/span> who<\/span> model and set up <\/span>various<\/span> projects<\/span> in the <\/span>field<\/span> of <\/span>aeronautics<\/span>, <\/span>including<\/span> the construction of model <\/span>aircraft<\/span>, a <\/span>solid<\/span>-fuel rocket or the construction of drones. The club <\/span>also<\/span> participates<\/span> in international <\/span>competitions<\/span> such<\/span> as the FLOAT, LIFT & FLY <\/span>competition<\/span> organized<\/span> by <\/span>Flying<\/span> Whales<\/span>, <\/span>which<\/span> involves<\/span> updating<\/span> the design of the <\/span>airship<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                        • The ECAM <\/span>Space<\/span> Club <\/span>is<\/span> a club <\/span>created<\/span> in <\/span>September<\/span> 2021 <\/span>which<\/span> aims<\/span> to <\/span>bring<\/span> together<\/span> students<\/span> passionate<\/span> about <\/span>space<\/span> around<\/span> common<\/span> projects<\/span> or <\/span>current<\/span> affairs<\/span> debates<\/span>. <\/span>Through<\/span> this<\/span> club, <\/span>students<\/span> are <\/span>confronted<\/span> with<\/span> concrete<\/span> engineering <\/span>problems<\/span>. A <\/span>list<\/span> of <\/span>activities<\/span> and <\/span>projects<\/span> has been <\/span>drawn<\/span> up for the short, medium and long <\/span>term<\/span>. <\/span>From<\/span> designing<\/span> and <\/span>creating<\/span> a <\/span>telescope<\/span> or model rockets to <\/span>astrophotography<\/span>, <\/span>this<\/span> club <\/span>offers<\/span> innovative<\/span> and constructive <\/span>activities<\/span> for <\/span>students<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                          • The <\/span>Robotics<\/span> Club <\/span>aims<\/span> to <\/span>introduce<\/span> students<\/span> to <\/span>electronics<\/span>, IT and design to ECAM Lyon <\/span>students<\/span>. <\/span>Through<\/span> the <\/span>projects<\/span> we<\/span> offer<\/span> or <\/span>through<\/span> their<\/span> own<\/span> ideas<\/span>, <\/span>students<\/span> will<\/span> be<\/span> able to <\/span>develop<\/span> their<\/span> skills<\/span> in all <\/span>these<\/span> areas as <\/span>well<\/span> as <\/span>put<\/span> into<\/span> practice the <\/span>various<\/span> theoretical<\/span> skills<\/span> they<\/span> will<\/span> have <\/span>learned<\/span> in class.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                            • The H2 <\/span>Eco\u2019Innov<\/span> club (<\/span>formerly<\/span> known<\/span> as the Shell Eco Marathon club) has <\/span>participated<\/span> in the Shell Eco Marathon Europe for more <\/span>than<\/span> 23 <\/span>years<\/span>. This <\/span>competition<\/span> consists<\/span> of <\/span>making<\/span> a prototype <\/span>that<\/span> is<\/span> as efficient as possible in <\/span>terms<\/span> of <\/span>energy<\/span>. 7 <\/span>years<\/span> ago<\/span>, the club chose to <\/span>turn<\/span> to <\/span>hydrogen<\/span>. The last record dates <\/span>from<\/span> 2019, <\/span>when<\/span> the club <\/span>climbed<\/span> to 5th place in the <\/span>ranking<\/span> of <\/span>its<\/span> category<\/span> with<\/span> a ratio of 381km <\/span>traveled<\/span> for 1m3 of <\/span>hydrogen<\/span>. This value <\/span>represents<\/span> 1200 km per liter of <\/span>gasoline<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                                              • The objective of the club <\/span>is<\/span> to help <\/span>Ecamiens<\/span> to <\/span>develop<\/span> their<\/span> entrepreneurial <\/span>project<\/span>. <\/span>They<\/span> may<\/span> have an <\/span>idea<\/span> to <\/span>materialize<\/span> or <\/span>even<\/span> already<\/span> have <\/span>a<\/span> startup.
